I'm a clinician who built a practice — and I experienced first-hand how hard it was to find help that actually fit.

I have a decade of experience working as a clinician and healthcare leader. I've held strategic and operations roles in organizations ranging from 10 to 150 employees, and I built a successful small group practice of my own.

Along the way, I tried working with SEO agencies and marketing consultants. The experience was frustrating. I felt misunderstood, like I was receiving generic advice that didn't account for what made my practice unique, or that helped differentiate my voice in the crowd.

So I learned to do it myself — web design, SEO, practice systems, all of it. I bootstrapped the growth infrastructure my practice needed, and I discovered I was good at it.

Now I help other ambitious solo practitioners and small group practices do the same — without the trial and error, and without compromising what makes their work valuable.
